A Nonrefundable & Nontransferable deposit is required upon booking an appointment. The deposit will be credited to your total the day of your appointment Foreign fills are accepted but please note that the work is not always acceptable and may be subject to a removal + full set depending. A cancellation at the time of your appointment will result in a 50% fee of the price of your initial appointment and must be paid in order to book another appointment. I understand things happens but please - communication. Cash & card accepted. There is a 4% processing fee + sales tax charged for all debit/credit card, Apple/Google Pay transactions. If you pay with cash you do not pay the processing fee. 40% retention is required for fills and anything less than that may be subject to a full set. If you know your lashes are not suitable enough for a fill please book a full set instead so I have enough time for your appointment. Fills booked after 3.5 weeks should be booked as a full set. No call no shows will not be allowed to book again. If you are more than 15 mins late your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
